[K12OSN] OT: printing to a Windows-only printer

A long time ago I used to have to deal with such a situation. The work
around I used was to share a folder on the windows box, and use a PDF
printer to place a PDF file of the print job on the windows box.  Then, on
the windows box I would run a script ever 60 seconds that would look for any
.PDF files, print them, and then delete the PDF file.
