[K12OSN] DST Changes?

Most distros put out patches for the new DST almost two years ago when the law changing 
DST was enacted.  So, if you've been keeping your system updated, you should already be 
covered.

To see if you're patched, run this:

/usr/sbin/zdump -v US/Central |grep 2007

Substitute your own timezone for Central.  It will show you when DST will start and end 
for your timezone.  If you see dates of Mar 11 and Nov 4, you're covered.
