[K12OSN] OT: networking question

ok thanks Huck.  I think it's because they have one account per class.
 When a class logs in  35+ users in the lab, programs are trying to
simultanousely open and save files in the same "Application Data"
folder.  That would  cause something that looks like a slow network
right?
