[K12OSN] Neoware thinclients

It's been a few years since I looked at Neoware.  At the time they were
putting out a decent product.

My test system at home I have a couple of mini-itx based boxes.  They
are generic and can be sourced from several places.

I will probably order one from disklessworkstations.com to checkout.
The 170 sounds just like what I setup myself only in a turn key box. The
price is about the same as well.
