[K12OSN] Frameworks for Web based Student Information Systems

Yes, it is the right place to ask this, because if anybody does know, I
would be VERY interested to hear about it.  My district is looking to
replace SASIxp in a couple of years...and I would love to see a GPL'd
solution in place.
