[K12OSN] Programming Aptitude Assessment

Why can't you just test them on the problem, not the syntax. They should know how to solve it using basic if/then, while, etc... I took programming at that level and the instructor just basically handed out what appeared to be an assignment, but you didn't have to worry about using proper syntax, just the right order of things.
