[K12OSN] K12LTSP 6 server requirement

If you load 32 bit K12LTSP you will have 32-bit K12LTSP. Unless you are
planning on 4GB RAM or higher, you don't _need_ a 64bit machine. 32 bit
can _do_ 4 GB RAM but it uses paging which is a serious problem for
heavy memory environments like LTSP (the break point where paging
happens is 3 GB RAM).

Most of the "issues" have been worked out for using 64 bit Linux and
K12LTSP. The big hassle currently is the need for both 32 AND 64 bit
libraries for many, many things.
