[K12OSN] first k12ltsp 7.0 test build

Huck flogs the dead horse...

tearing down my old faithful K12LTSP 2.0 =) server and doing a fresh 
install prep'n for the coming year...

I have the stable 6.0 CD's..and the bleeding-edge "look mom it booted" 
CD's...

doing the little rpm trick down below will get me up to the F7 final 
release you built out Friday??

If so then I go grab 7.0 bleeders and rock on...
