_Memorizing_ incantations like "yum remove foo" is never the right 
answer just like making students memorize arcane bits of information 
that will be outdated by the time they might use it is not a good 
teaching technique.  What you need to know is where to find the current 
correct answer when you need it.  And if you don't want to learn how to 
build your own custom solution, you can avoid the work by copying what 
someone else has already done - which is mostly what k12ltsp is all 
about.  If it isn't suitable to "just add users" some group should 
combine their efforts to build one that is.
