[K12OSN] LTSP Customization

Just the folder to open giving the user the option to run the applications. This is basically an alternative to the menus in gnome, but they will be there as well.

Do you want the icons--or more precisely the apps those icons call--to 
launch automatically at login?  Or just that the folder opens and shows 
the icons?
