[K12OSN] electricity use

If the principal puts that much faith in Dell, then you should probably
call up Dell and ask them again.  I bet you won't get the same answer.  

One computer per 20 amp circuit is ridiculous.

Terrell's post was very accurate, so if you only have time to read one,
you might want to read his.
