[K12OSN] 5.0.0EL Test

I just downloaded the test version of 5.0.0 EL but the MD5SUMS don't
match what I'm getting.  The file sizes are right but not the MD5 sums.

I was under the impression that rsync should continue to get updates
until the files and their checksums match.  Rsync is saying they are all
fine.  So, either my understanding of rsync is wrong, the md5 sums I'm
calculating are wrong or the MD5SUMS file has the wrong values.  Should
I download them some other way?
