[K12OSN] Comment from principal about lab.

As a volunteer myself, I can definitely second this opinion.  However, alot
of District IT departments seem to have the attitude that you have to pay
for the best product (at least here in Delaware). So ... if the cost of
getting the best is a service contract, they don't blink.  Still, with
voters turning down referendum after referendum on school tax increases,
maybe they will change their attitudes.
