Windows can copy all the file so you can use them and change them when you 
are not on the network
then connect back and synchronize them automatically.

That for document staff and repertory you put off-line in there property.

I think now this matter is more on domain profils wich are copied locally
and never deleted !
(You still have registry key to configure that but not tested yet)
