Re: [K12OSN] Fastest file sharing method?



Thanks for the ideas. We're playing media over the network, so I'm not
trying to sync files. Firehose is interesting, and makes me wonder if
I can use firewire or USB for the transfer.

I'll do my benchmarks and let you know the results.

 if the frequency of changes in the files and the level of
concurrent access is low, you might try rsync. It is by far the fastest
way to propagate files.
