[K12OSN] Language selection at logon screen

[Daniel Roels]

I'm quite sure the student can. But our teachers can't. Besides it's also a
rule in our school that everyone, no matter what language he/she can
speak/read/write, they should be using the Dutch language.

So, if there is a way, I would like to know...
