[K12OSN] K12LTSP 5.0.0-EL test build #1

I have a test build of what will eventually be the next stable release
of K12LTSP (5.0.0-EL). This is pre-production quality software and has
almost zero testing. If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

I've only done two installs and booted a terminal. That's it for QA for
this build ;-)

If you are brave enough to try this out on a test server, let me know
what sort of damage it causes!

The base packages in 5.0.0-EL & the current 6.0.0 are very similar. The
majority of the custom packages I just flat-out copied from K12LTSP
6.0.0. That *should* work just fine. Of course we'll have to test 'em
out to verify that *do* work just fine.

I had to build a custom build of the kdeedu package. That one in
particular will need extensive testing.

For the first build, I did the 32bit version only. I'll do a 64bit build
after I'm sure that the 32bit version works reasonably well.
