Kari,

 Here is an URL that you can test to see if your java webstart is working
correctly. Try the following url on say your Linux terminals.See if they
launch correctly? Then, try the same on your winders boxes,see if
webstart demos work on them, then go to your AR web based thingy, see if
this launches correctly on the winders boxes.This may tell you in fact if
it is actually java webstart prob. I m not familiar with the AR web based
setup. We still have the ancient AR client/server riggin.
