I would start by routing these addresses to /dev/null (or better yet, a TOS
page)

   proxify.com
   proxify.net
   proxify.org
   proxify.co.uk
   proxify.info
   proxify.biz
   proxify.us
   proxify.eu
   proxify.cc
   proxify.cn
   proxify.de
   proxify.la
   proxify.tv
   proxify.ws

And these associated IP addresses:
   67.15.77.121
   66.98.130.243
   70.85.195.140
   70.84.56.170
   70.85.195.236


Then I would visit https://proxify.com/alt.shtml (refresh it 10 or 20 times)
and route all of those addresses to /dev/null (or your TOS page)

If your students don't get the hint, ban the students from having web
access.
