[K12OSN] Active Directory Integration... WAS - K12 Newb struggles

Looks like this is related to the wiki being down.  Both the wiki and
the mirror (http://k12linux.mesd.k12.or.us/K12LTSP...) run off of the
same server, I believe.  Try it again today--I just tried accessing that
mirror with my web browser and it worked.
