[K12OSN] Local Apps! Let the celebration begin! They did it

We're here at the Ubuntu Developers Summit in Boston....Scott Balneaves,
Eric Harrison, Francis Giraldeau, and Stephan Graber worked into the wee
hours of the morning to finally get local apps on LTSP working!  Read all
