[K12OSN] Edubuntu routing problems with Windows clients

OK thanks guys, it took me a minute but after using the wiki how-to 
suggested by R. Scott Belford I'm up and running. It seemed easy enough -- 
if ipmasq is even easier great but this how-to was all I needed.
