[K12OSN] System panel icons not showing

Hello List,

This is very minor but on one of our servers K12LTSP 5 on programs that
minimize ,and icon to the panel, the icons no longer show. Such as
Frostwire, Pidgin, etc. I'm not sure what I have installed recently that
would have caused this. Would an updated version of Java break this?
This happens regardless if the user has done an Gnome or KDE login by
the way. Also after clicking the minimize button on the application when
doing a 'ps' the application is still actually running.

Any ideas?
