That's like saying that you can take a secretary who "knows Windows" and
have her set up a domain forest for your enterprise. Probably not going
to work out too well.

You need to know what you're doing before you do it, regardless of which
platform you're using. If you don't, then bring in someone who does. The
"point 'n' click just like XP" mentality simply doesn't cut it on
networks of any decent size. This is the same mentality of the "helpful"
people (read: teachers and principals) who bring their "point 'n' click"
wireless access points in from home, with DHCP still turned on, and take
down the whole school as a result.
