[K12OSN] LTSP in libraries - HELP!

If City/State governments would spend 1/2 of what they spend on 
MS-licensing & support, and hire a team of developers(support existing 
ones??) to develop Open Source Systems(not just software...complete 
systems) for functional government operations .. wow just wow is all I 
could say if that happened..
