[K12OSN] Deleting tmp files for people not logged in

Bah. I should have looked before I restarted the server. This is
Ubuntu 7.04 with the LTSP 5 package. When I looked in there, there we
several folders and a bunch of files. Also it looked like downloaded
files were still in there.
