[K12OSN] System panel icons not showing on minimize-Solved

Hello List,

Sorry, my Bad, Somehow the /etc/skel got fat fingered. by who else? The "
notification area" on on the panel had gotten deleted, therefore, no icons
when progs were closed/minimized.
