I am surprised nobody picked up on this comment, as it really doesn't
clarify what side of the fence you are sitting on. Are you saying that
it is ILLEGAL to run a state mandated test on a system that is not
proprietary (ie, Mac or Windows?) - If that is so, could you please
expand a little? I sincerely hope that we haven't arrived at the stage
where your operating system is mandated by law/lawyers/politicians!!!
