[K12OSN] Script for checking if servers are up.

Speaking of monitoring/email, has anyone had any luck getting the Webmin
monitoring emails to work? I worked on it a while ago with no luck, I
don't recall the problem now. I take care of several machines that have
Webmin installed, it would be nice to use what is on there.
