[K12OSN] OT: easy way to move "documents and settings" folder?

I looked into 'subst' at your suggestion, but it appears to only allow
you to assign a drive letter (and not a folder).  But your suggestion
led me to the following links, which show how to make a unix-like link
on a windows system.  I'm going to try this as soon as my users log off.
