[K12OSN] fl_teachertool-0.60 fails at make step

I'm trying to install Robert's latest fl_teachertool, 0.60.  Following the 
instructions at 
http://www3.telus.net/public/robark/Fl_TeacherTool/installation.html, when I get 
to the step of untarring the fl_tt tar file, (changing into the directory), and 
running make, I get this error:

What does this mean? For the record, I do have libX11-devel, libXext-devel, 
libXpm-devel, and libXft-devel installed.  But it looks like I'm missing something.
