[K12OSN] Fl_TeacherTool 0.60 for K12LTSP 5EL Released

School already started in a lot of places here in the USA... One of the
schools I support started over a week ago with others starting this week...

Thanks for your hard work and dedication; it is greatly appreciated. We need
this application in schools to help the teachers with class instruction.

I found a bug so I'm going to release a 0.61 sometime in the next few
days. But I'm hoping it will be available with yum by Sept when school
starts.
