I don't have a diff between Centos 5.1 and K12LTSP5EL. Basically, the
process starts with Centos5 and rpm's for the ltsp parts and a bunch of
edu apps are added.

If you wget the file list from both sources and run diff you will get
what you need to add to Centos 5.1 to get to K12LTSP5-EL.
