[K12OSN] Why don't more schools use FOSS

Well, the biggest reason around here is,
"If it is free, it *CAN'T* be any good!"

everyone who goes to those conferences need to go to everyone of those
booths, and ask if they will run on Linux, and when they say no,
immediately turn and walk out of the booth.

the companies will build what people ask for if enough ask for it.
