Finally I resolved my problem. I used intel NIC with obsolete PXE image,
version 1.0. I downloaded and updated the firmware from
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Search.aspx?Prod_nm=proboot. Now it
works fine. Anyway, thanks James.
