[K12OSN] RE: Update fails - component: Software Updater

Hi Anthony
I have not been able to get anything to work to fix it.  I may end up
just running the system the way it is until the end of the school year
and then replace it.  it's used primarily by a photography class that is
working on the school annual, and I can't risk mucking it up for them.
