Take a look at the LTSP-DHCP config file and make the appropriate  
changes to your existing DHCP server. That's the biggest thing. You  
can run TFTP and NFS from your LTSP server too IIRC, but you only  
want one DHCP server per segment, unless you are going to do the  
whole nonstandard ports thing.
