[K12OSN] smbldap adjusting permissions from Windows

I confirmed the same behavior on another system -- windows users can
adjust the permissions of a file, but not a directory, on a Samba share.

The 2nd system is K12LTSP 5.0EL authenticating to Active Directory.
Samba 3.0.28

Still wondering if this is normal...
