[K12OSN] Problem with shutting machines down with ltspinfo

I've been running a script that run ltspinfo to shutdown classrooms at night but have run into a 
problem.

When it shuts them down it really does and the only way to turn them back on is to unplug the power 
lead & network lead before the power button will work again :-(

Any idea's what to try ??
