I have none of these.  I should mention that this company currently
doesn't use permissions -- everything's wide open.  So I don't need to
get too fancy with the ACLs.  I'd be happy to just use basic Unix file
permissions and be able to change them through Windows.  I think I'm
achieving that now, but I haven't done much testing yet.

Do you think I should be looking into ACLs?  If they're truly useful
then maybe I'll look into it.  I don't feel like I need them, but maybe
that's just because I've never used them.
