[K12OSN] print usernames and passwords

I'm with Huck. We assign our passwords....this makes password management
with kids a whole lot easier. Less forgotten passwords....and so forth.
TOO much time is wasted with username and pw issues in that manner, when
we moved to assigning passwords a few years ago (from having the kids do
their own)....we saw a HUGE drop in the amount of username/pw issues ("I
forgot my password"). also...having a static list allows you to easily
use the same username and passwords in other places/scenarios (plus you
also get to make "secure" passwords....not things like the name of their
dog)
