[K12OSN] NOT critical - eth0 & eth1

tftp config is probably in /etc/xinetd.d/tftp

Mine doesn't say anything about which ethernet card to use (but I use a
single NIC setup, so maybe it wouldn't).

Did you try restarting the xinetd service?  This service is responsible
for starting tftp.
