[K12OSN] squidGuard not working

Charlie,

I'm not at my office at the moment so I can't check the server we have  
it running on. However the version of squid on EL 5 has slightly  
different defaults than previous versions. I don't remember exactly  
but I think the line for transparent proxy needs to be adjusted.
