macromedia.mplug.org <http://macromedia.mplug.org> seems to be having problems. Any way around this to get yum to process fully?

macromedia.mplug.org should have automatically migrated you to Adobe's yum repository a long time ago. If it didn't, then you configured it in some non-standard way (probably wrong .repo filename).

Go into /etc/yum.repos.d/ and delete the offending .repo file. Install the new adobe-release package from Adobe to use their own repo file.
