Just a thought. Can you vnc to the server itself( without FL_TT)?
 In other words from the server console open up vnc then use 127.0.0.1
to connect to the localhost? If this fails I would bet you need to add
an entry in your /etc/hosts file of:
127.0.0.1 FQDN   localhost.localdomain   localhost
I found that starting with K12LTSP-EL5 you end up with only an entry for
the server with an IPV6 entry in the /etc/hosts file?
Something to try...Could be a miriad of things.
