[K12OSN] W3C XHTML validator

I tried to install a w3c xhtml validator on my server so that I could check the students' pages using that.  However I'm having trouble installing it.  I tried yum install w3c-markup-validator and it is not in the repositories.  I was wondering if anyone else has tried to install it and how they did it.
