Hi Stephen,

Did you try your setup with simply appending the 'NIC = tg3' to the end
of your pxe default file? In other words without the
MOPTS=nolock,ro,wsize=2048,rsize=2048
part in it? 
Do you by chance have an 8-port gigE switch you can try
( temporarily),plugging your Lenovo into? I wonder if this would let
your nic negotiate correctly? Just a couple thoughts.
