No, but Mumble/Murmur with usb mic (Asus Eee 701/Zoom H2)

Another test was Cheese with Asus Eee 701's own built-in webcam.

I used Ubuntu, but Debian, Ubuntu and Fedora use LTSP5/localapps same way.
