[K12OSN] Fresh install of F12 w/ updates and problem running ltsp-build-client

Hi Henry,

This seems a common problem, on my side too. What I did to resolve the 
issue is as follows;

1) Have "smart" installed on your computer
2) Do not login via the GUI but rather CTL-ALT-F1 & login as *root*
3) run smart update then smart upgrade
4) Reboot - this is starting to sound like M$ Win - blah!!!!
5) Login as in step 2 & run yum -y upgrade

and your troubles should go away :-D
