[K12OSN] K12Linux F10 Display problem

You can actually install LTSP 4.2 and 5 on the same server.  Here are my notes on how to do it on Debian:

There may be some complications with sound.  I didn't fully test sound, but I have a feeling you'll have to choose between sound on version 4.2, or sound on version 5.
